Yes. As soon as your dog steps foot off the table you will be notified. We may even called before they are done to give you a heads up. Feel free to call for a status update on your pup!
We understand some dogs have behavioral issues and aren't suited for a free roaming environment. Upon arrival, every dog is closely monitored to ensure that appropriate social skills are displayed. If there are any queues that any dog would jeopardize the safety of the other dogs at the salon or if the dog prefers to be alone, we are equipped with 4 large suite enclosures to separate them from the pack while still providing them a comfortable experience.
We have a waiting area for those who want to wait while their dog is being groomed but ask that you understand the grooming process can take anywhere from 1-4+ hours depending on the dog. We ask that you remain in the waiting area if you decide to wait for your dog to minimize any distractions during the grooming process.
Typically a small dog averages 2 hours and large dogs average between 2-4 hours but this can vary. Late arrivals, nail trim appointments or dogs with unexpected behavioral challenges are all things that can shift our entire schedule so there may be times where your dog is at the salon longer than expected. If you need them done by a certain time, we ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can prioritize accordingly. We can also give you a better time estimate at the time of your appointment!
The frequency of how often a dog needs to be groomed is dependent upon the growth rate of their coat coupled with the length of the haircut. A time frame that is commonly recommended is every 6-8 weeks. We can help you nail down a time frame that is best for your dog!

If you are late, up to 15 minutes from your scheduled time, and we can still accommodate your dog, a fee of $20 will be added to your total groom price.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes to your scheduled appointment time and we cannot accommodate your dog, a 'no show' fee of 100% of the groom will be charged to the card Jenna’Furs has stored on file given by the client at the time of creating the initial appointment.
No shows are subject to 100% of the total projected groom price.
Cancellations can be made with no penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
